Cannot use PMMail/2 Online Help

I have just installed PMMail/2 (v2.00) and I am finding that, when  click
on any of the commands in the help menu, nothing happens. I have
reinstalled, but that hasn't solved the problem. Is this a known bug and,
if so, is there a workaround?
