My desktop PMMail 98 running on NT had no problem.  My PMMail running
on an OS/2 mail server to do filtering seems to have got it right as
well, but is not used to originate mail.  There is in any case some
confusion because the DAYTIME program I use to maintain a time daemon
on the OS/2 server got it wrong - shame it's the time source for the
office :-)
