Don't mention it.

I've done it. You just create a list-address by having subscribers add
something to your own address. For instance, if your list discusses paper
clips and your e-mail address is "subb3@ibm.net," list members would mail to:

        "Clips-L" <subb3@ibm.net>

You'd set up all the subscribers in a "clips-l" group and have a PMMail
filter forward all messeages addressed to Clips-L to the clips-l group.
Optionally, the same filter could send a canned reply to the sender saying
that his/her message was received and distributed, but that wouldn't really
be necessary because the sender would get his/her own message back through
the list.

That's the simplest level. You could add enhancements, but you'll probably
think of those on your own.
