Modifying Subject before forwarding

I have a canned text item consisting of the two following non-blank lines:

==================BEGIN FORWARDED MESSAGE==================
===================END FORWARDED MESSAGE===================

This item comes in handy in various situations. I leave an explanation of how
you could apply a similar item in your situation as an exercise for the
reader.
