Migrating from PMMail for OS/2 to M$-Outlook

Hi everibody

Does any of you know how can I export a message from PMMail for OS/2 to M$
Outlook ( or M$ Exchange )

I thought it could be done directly, considering it's a text file, but I
couldn't find the way
