Strange.  I've tested it to myself and to my other email address, and
though I'm asked to select the tagline the first time (using Bandit
Tagger), before filter catches it, and then when I hit send again; I
still only end up with one signature on the mail.  Are you sure that on
the Delete message action you have Local Copy selected?  This is the
default and the correct choice so it deletes the message from the Outbox.
 I don't know what else it could be.  I don't think the versions make a
difference, unless the ICSL language has changed, which still shouldn't
have the effect of having 2 sigs, it just shouldn't work.  The
inconsistency has me baffled, as well as why you are getting it all of
the time.  I can't think of a single thing that might have changed that
doesn't make it work the same as 2.00.  Check to see that you copied the
entire script Roger sent.  Just some suggestions.

One thing is that if the subject does say (null) already, it is not going
to be caught, it has to be empty.

Just to test, I am sending this message with an empty subject, then will
fill it back in and see what gets posted as far as sigs.
