    It isn't a simple matter of "Oh, this is minor compared to that."  No, it
is "This is a problem *and* that is a problem."  In email when you have the
problem of handling several million messages a day it doesn't matter what they
do with their browser and cost isn't the only determining factor.  Throw a
million dollars at a problem doesn't guarantee it will be solved.  Look at
NASA and its recent Mars blunders.
