As for the RMB, I remember there was a request, long-long time ago, at
the time Steve Lamb were using PMMail ...

For PMMail Win version: a RMB popup menu over an URL or e-mail address,
with 'Copy Link Location' or 'Copy e-mail Address' respectively.
At present, a RMB popup comes on e-mail addresses only, with 'Mail To
Address' and ' Add To Address Book'.
