Wish List for PMMail II

Well I would still like the ability to do a kill -HUP to PMMail which
would get it to do a refetch for all accounts. And don't tell me it
can't be done because Bind for OS/2 can. See a -HUP that is :-)

I can set up when I want to fetch much more flexibly from outside
PMMail. The current method of killing the current copy and restarting
is not elegant and is a pain if one happens to be using it at the time
:-)
