People who aren't already wowed by the monolithic free applications out
there. A monolithic pay application does not stand a chance. That means to
need to take a different tangent. Strip it down, go lean, make it different,
cut to the core (the MUA, *NOT*, MUA/editor/spell checker/PGP), and make that
much better in the process. Make it a core that rocks, that works, is solid
and complete, then bundle it with other things that work so the whole is
better than the monolith.
You're not going to break into the free monolith market with a pay
monolith. What do *you* thing the target audience is?
