    Yes.  But that isn't the point.  Even though PMMail's editor doesn't do
it, other editors can reflow quotes rather easily.  With joe, for example,
^K^J will reflow a quote.  So even if the quoted portion is long/short, that
one command will make it pretty again.  In vim it is Q followed by a movement
command (Q} to do the entire block of quotes, for example).  

    PMMail's editor (and others) which cannot do this means people need to
manually break up your line and add quote marks.  At least with a line that
is properly wrapped they can be lazy and remove whole lines while still
effectively trimming without a need to reflow.  :)
