I speak to ease of use, the analogy to Win Explorer (yea, it's not pretty, but most Win 
users are used to the format) and its' "scalability" - that is, PMMail 98 will accomodate a 
simple email needs, then allow graduation to more complex requirements

And no one beats the support!!
