One way to do that is to manually search & edit the *.MSG file with an
ordinary editor (E.EXE). Look for a string that may look like this
'Content-Type: application/vnd.ms-excel; name="your_filename.xls"'
and / or
'Content-Disposition: inline; filename="your_filename.xls"'
and change the name(s).
For safety reasons, make a (file)copy of the message and try on it
first ...
