Converting UltiMail Lite v2.10.004 -> PMMail/2 v2.00.1500

Well, the PMMail/2 v2.00 emails _look_ like they're just stored as
individual files, with each file's contents being an exact copy of the
email message (header and all).  The file names look like some kind of
date-time code.

What do the UltiMail messages look like?  If they're the same format,
maybe you could just copy them over and change the file names.

A little REXX code might do it.  Anybody know how PMMail decides on the
message file names?
