sorting - copying

Hello,

I am new to this list, and not too quick with PMMail/2 but learning
more daily.

I use it on my home desktop with Warp -- and on my office laptop
running 'dose95.

I noticed the version for 'dose95 will sort by Date, Time, From, etc
much along the lines of Exchange client.

I can not get my OS/2 version to sort no matter how many clicks I whap it
with.

Is there something I am missing?

Also, is there a source for a REXX (or even DOS) batch file to copy
the address book onto floppy, and then into the laptop? I need
to keep the address books in sync and don't want to screw them up.
