Wish: Turning off URL/Email highlighting

That's funny, because that was one of the 'features' of PostRoad Mailer
(PRM) I missed when I first started using PMMail/2.  In PRM,
double-clicking on a URL or email address would either launch the
browser or fire-up the message composer.  Unfortunately, because of a
bug/limitation in OS/2, any URLs/addresses over a certain length would
be truncated and you'd be left wondering why it didn't work.  This
problem doesn't occur with three step process that PMMail/2 uses
instead.
