    This, however, is not a requirement.  You can store mail on your local HD
as well as the remote server.  Personally, I need that since I access both my
work and home mail from two different locations.  Work and home.  ;)

    I could keep the relevent mail on the server, keep archives on either
side of the link and not have to move my mail back and forth endlessly.
