Printing in PMMAIL/2

How large a black rectangle? Is it a small black square which could be an ASCII 
graphic character? If you send a message to yourself, do you still get the black 
"rectangle"?

I guess I take my PMM/2 for granted. I've had no problems that I can think of 
with a Lexmark 4037 printer and Warp 4 GA, FP8, FP9, or FP10.
