Printing in PMMAIL/2

  You're absolutely right.. It is not a printer problem..
It's a PMMail problem.. I had the same thing and worked with 
the authors to fix it.  They sent me a fixed pmmail.exe.. It 
worked.. Did you get this from the them??

Stephen.. I had ONE final print problem to resolve.. I had 
strange garble of the printed header and footer.. Changing the 
font helped the header, however The footer remained a mess of:
#(*@$_/}] etc.. With your tip below to turn off 'fast system fonts' 
that problem is also resolved..
