Mail clients in Linux

IAs i don't know much of languge programming, i can't tell about java's =
speed. I remember that when i've installed java
programs to my OS/2 (P-120) i fell it very slow. But it was java 1.1.4 o=
r something like that... I'm not using Os/2 anymore.
I'm using Win98 and Linux. Never tried java programs in thses O.S.s, but=
 i would like to find a good heavy HTML e-mail
client(like PMMAIL), i don't like netscape one, and it's is my first cho=
ice at Linux. PMMAIL is just great to my purpouses. If
there is some java/linux clone i'd like to try. And if it need to be reg=
istered I'll like i did to PMMAIL 2.0 And PMMAIL98.
Hope Bob and Ike change idea and do a port to UNIX based plataforms.
