Yes, I understand, and thanks for the thought. I am
aware to the point of exhaustion of the process used by
the IEEE. Only folks with a professional interest/stake
or those with absolutely nothing else to do would
become involved. I do not fit into either group (at
present). My guess is the RFC process is similar.
