PMMail 2000 crash on messages from specific account

The problem was with a filter I had which was sending a canned reply. 
For some reason the file which contained the canned reply had been
deleted, and PMMail was not checking the return code when it opened the
file to see if it succeeded or not.  Bottom line is that a bug in
PMMail 2000 caused the problem, due to a missing file.

This has been reported to BSW.
