I expect to pay more because I don't run a platform where my numbers
would allow a vendor to make his margins on volume. OS/2 isn't a volume
platform.
If free software is your game and the only (or main reason) you run
Linux, then fine. I've got Linux here. I've tried it. It lacks in the
UI compared to OS/2. It's not going to be my main platform for a while,
but I see promise in it.

And too many OS/2 users think they can have (or deserve, which is
worse) that free ride forever. IBM just pulled the plug on that
fantasy. It's time to decide which it is; free ride, or pay the price.
Again, how much is OS/2 worth to you? Apparently, you don't think it's
worth it; I do.
For the record, if (in the final analysis) I think SW Choice is worth
the price, I'll pay it. If not, then I'll begin to make plans to
migrate off OS/2, but I'm not in any hurry to do so. Right now, my OS/2
system is working just fine. I can, however, see that there is value in
it. I'll see what IBM has to say about it at Warpstock in Atlanta. I'll
be there, will anyone from here be going?
