It's not the lack of charging for an update that is a danger to PMMail's
future. It is the problem of how to sell a mail client where one platform is
shrinking with virtually no new customers, and the other where a usable mail
client is free (and bundled with all new machines).
If you want more time and money invested in PMMail's development, perhaps you
can suggest how to sell 7-up to those who have unlimited generic lemon-lime
soda for free, given you have almost no money to convince them 7-up tastes
better and has fewer impurities.
