Cannot Install PMMAIL 2.1

I downloaded the PMMAIL/2 2.1 and tried to install it over
PMMAIL/2 2.0. It copies the dictionary files etc. but will not
copy the program files. I get error messages saying that the
drive with the TMP directory may not have enough room but
there is 300 MB+ free. Has anyone else had this problem?
