The icon is now in the executable and has been for quite some time.  I
don't think the "hand with envelope" icon has been used since v1.9x;
version 2.0 uses a blue/green/white globe with an envelope superimposed. 
V2.10 has changed this to a purple globe with an envelope superimposed. 
If you're not seeing these it's probably because of the PMMAIL.ICO file in
your PMMAIL directory.  Move that out of the way, open the
Settings/Properties and go to the General page, click on "Default" and see
if it changes to the new icon.
