It is a WPS extender for OS/2.  It really doesn't do anything for PMMAIL
except allow you to remap MB3 to a MB1 double-click in such a way that you
can click MB3 over PMMAIL without causing PMMAIL to freak.  Other WPS
extensions that provide this function (eg Gibbon Double-click, Warp
Enhancer) don't work with PMMAIL for this reason.
