Have a look in the account directory under \southsde\pmmail\<account
name> and see if you have a directory called creplies. In there you
should see a creplies.lst file and text files called crp<n>.txt where n
increments from 1 for each new canned reply.
If the directory doesn't exist, you could try creating it.
I just checked a recently created account that has no canned replies
defined. The creplies directory is there, together with an empty
creplies.lst file.
