pilot-link and PMMAIL

Greetings.

Has anyone here managed to set up "Mail Sync using PMMail" from the
pilot-link 0.9.2 utilities ported to OS/2? I did my best to set up all
the variables in the Properties notebook according to the readout when
I run pilot-mail.exe with the -h switch , but I get the following error
message when I attempt to hot sync :

Unable to get mail preferences, trying current
Couldn't get any mail preferences.
Local Prefs: Sync=0, High=0, getc=0, trunc=8192, to=|<none>|, from=|<n
j=|<none>|
AppInfo Signature: |<None>|

Reading directory D:\PMMAIL\CBREY_0.ACT...
Finished transferring mail. 0 messages sent, 0 messages received.
