I'm almost certain I did. I've played Quake III every day for a week
so I would have had to reboot during those days it was messed up.

Also, I did some tests yesterday, changed my date from Sunday to
Saturday to Friday (and closed PMMail/2 in between each change) and
PMMail/2 does indeed think DST started on Saturday here.

I've grabbed TZCalc and will see what it tells me about my TZ and the
switchover date.
