Date: line interpretation

Hi,

Just noticed that:

X-Mailer: PMMail 2.10.2010 for OS/2 Warp 3.00

Does not interpret Date: lines correctly if the time part does not have 
seconds included. For example:

Date: Thu, 6 Apr 2000 06:01 +0100 (BST)

Shows as 07:56:18 in the folders container. This throws of date/time 
sorting...

Of messages I have checked all those without seconds in the time have 
incorrect times in the folder view.
