It is a philosophical discussion of tech support and the
absence of same. "email" was mentioned three times, a user list
once. This could be a metaphor for PMMail tech support, less
direct than perhaps you are used to. In fact, I don't even know
what an advocacy mailing is. Did I accidentally and
unintentionally advocate something? If so, I apologise.
