Already there.  Go to the Sent folder, right-click on the message you
want to resend and click the Resend option.  If you want to edit it,
move it into the Drafts folder, then double-click on it there.

If you use the Drafts folder then you will need to manually remove the
signature from the message, otherwise you will end up with two sigs.
