PMMail/2 and .vcf attachments

	This happens with PMMail 2000 running on NT, but only when sent
with Outlook.  Outlook is capable of reading the vCard from PMMail.

	It seems the Lookout formatted vCards have an occasional "=20"
field delimiter.  Could this be what PM/2(000) doesn't like?
