VCard and PGP key

For interest, I sent myself a VCard for someone in my address book that
I have a PGP public key for.

On receiving the mail in PMMail 2000 Pro, I opened the VCard and
immediately got a PGP 'bad packet' error message.

Looks like 1) PMMail is not correctly stripping the QP encoding off
before PGP is called, and 2) it really should not call PGP unless it is
told to do so.
