Hi Steve and Jeffrey!

I don't want to add to the fire here, but from the commercial point of
view: Why would UU.NET be interested in stopping SPAM? It causes lots of
traffic for which they get paid cash! Someone is paying for any byte,
either by volume or by the line they are leasing with full bandwidth.

You have to make them stop the BOMB, because their self interest is not
there.
