Thank-you Steve, you are absolutely correct.  Trevor, Jimmy and I have
corresponded off-list and and I have tremendous respect for both of
them as well as an appreciation that they are merely passing along
information provided to them by others.  In fact, in my timeline you
may notice that I specifically didn't mention either of their names,
but rather directed my concerns towards BS(w).  Appropriately, neither
of them seems to have taken my comments personally.

Finally, anyone who thinks it's unfair to have ones postings assembled
and quoted should refrain from posting any messages at all.  No one
forces anyone to post messages to this or any other public list and
anyone posting a message should take responsibility for its contents. 
There were additional quotes I could have included from my private
correspondence with Trevor and Jimmy however I felt it would have been
inappropriate to do so.
