problems saving attachment?

I'm running Warp4+FP12.  I dropped your attachment onto an OS/2 text
editor and saved it without any problem.  I also went to a command
prompt and entered:
	 copy con .test
	 this is a test
	 ^z
and a file named .test was saved to the disk.
