    Well, when I was testing PMMail2000 under Southsoft (*cough*, annnyway)
there was a problem I reported to Bob about messages disappearing.  However,
in each case the message that was disappearing was one that I had deleted that
ended up being deleted off the hard drive but not from the associated index.
Also sometimes I would get duplicate entries in the index which would cause
that problem.
