PMM/2: attachment problem

This just happened to me with PMMail 1.92.  Kind souls on an
OS/2 list suggested that one of two DLLs has been corrupted.  I
am still studying.   If you need to know the DLL names, let me
know and I will root around for their messages in my to_do pile.
