If BSw provided us with some reason to have confidence in their
abilities and in their committment to PMMail, then encouraging others
to use it would be easy. None of us wants to spend our time moaning
about PMMail - we'd all rather be raving about the fantastic
responsiveness and openness of BSw towards their PMMail customers. The
last thing I want (or intend) to do, however, is recommend a product to
others that I have so little confidence in. Getting a small commission
for referring people to PMMail, would not be worth the potential damage
to my reputation. The way for BSw to get people to recommend PMMail,
is to work their asses of to satisfy their current customer base.
