This is about as near to a supplier telling his customers to get lost (in the
most patronising tones) as anything I have seen - but wait a moment -
are we on this list actually likely to buy any further copies of PMMail ?
We have all bought PMMail; many would be prepared to pay money for
a version with enhancements which it is pretty clear BSW are not going
to provide.
It would seem therefore that Thomas is completely justified in telling us
to get lost, reading 2% (or whatever it was) of his e-mail on the subject
and devoting himself to managing his business empire. (I imagine that
William G is having difficulty sleeping at night ...)
In any case this list is only peripherally concerned with PMMail and
mostly devotes itself to matters of much greater importance such as the
acceleration of global-warming caused by html e-mail.
I don't think I'll bother to join his forums or mailing lists or whatever;
they will probably just be devoted to discussing PMMail ...
