Definitely not the problem. One account I have has 1 filter. Another
had 30 or 40 and they both had the 7 second pause before system beep.
I deleted all 30 or 40 filters, shut down and restarted and that
account, now with 0 filters, displayed an identical ~7 second pause
before system beep.
