Not really true.  OS/2 supports HTML 2 and some HTML 3 features 
provided you have IBM web explorer installed - any OS/2 system with it
has DLLs and a published API that any other programs can use to 
rendor HTML - of course the results will look completely different 
between Web Explorer Outlook, NetScape, StarOffice, Amaya etc etc, 
but hey, that's what all the HTML-ites want!
