It might be possible, but it's certainly not necessary, you can configure 
lynx.exe, netscape.exe, explorer.exe or even epm.exe or whatever other 
program you want to be your "browser" that PMMail/2 will use to render 
HTML mail ["PMMail" -> "Settings" menu].

If you try this notice how each will render the same email differently 
from all the others. 

You'll see different colours, line wrapping behaviour, diffrent 
font styles and sizes, and "differently missing" features such as 
frames, flashing, style sheets etc etc.
