Can you describe the error exactly please, if you ask for detailed
information what does the dialog box contain.

What makes you think that? Normally the error would occur in
pmmailw.exe if PMMail is at fault, but I suppose it could be in a call
to a system dll.
As I'm sure you know, sometimes errors of this type can only be fixed
by placating the great binary $DEITY and reinstalling the whole shebang
from scratch.
