How does this change what I said? CMD.EXE /is/ a binary application
executable. Only programs of this type can be specified in the /Program To
Execute/ part of a MIME association. I did not say that a batch/rexx file
*could not* be used in a MIME association as a parameter. This may work
because (and only because) CMD.EXE accepts a batch file as a parameter.
