I was pretty sure the list was down too when I read about new PMMail
beta drops on 4/13 in a VOICENews announcement but there was no mention
of it here.  From the lack of any comments here, I think I must be the
only person who was even aware of their existence.   Perhaps
announcements could be made on this list also in the future.
