[pmmail-list] PMImail Problem

  Slightly off topic,  but who, if anyone, is doing PMImail
  support?

  My ISP (VerIO, a national "biggie") just changed their log-in
  User ID to include a forward-slash.  PMImail will accept this
  as a server setting for downloading articles from their mail
  servers, but PMImail will not accept this as a valid portion
  of the Newsgroup header string and will therefore dump the
  reply or new posting rather than move it to the Outbox.

  Suggestions?
