[pmmail-list] Still long delay when logging on tho SMTP server

Hi all,
I still have this long delay when logging on to my SMTP server(s) with
version 2.20.2300 of PMMail/2. Still takes about 70 seconds doing
nothing (probabaly waiting for a timeout). I didn't have this with
version 2.10.

PS.: The acounts do _not_ use authentication.
